The Arches is Oyster Pond at it's finest. The villa has a main house and a cottage that sits high
on the hillside with beautiful views of Oyster Pond and the surrounding islands in the Atlantic Ocean. The
Arches is immaculately appointed with beautiful, sturdy, Caribbean wicker furniture throughout. With the
split villa design you can vacation with your friends and yet have a total sense of privacy.
The villa, with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, is designed with the master bedroom located by itself in the
villa's cottage. The cottage has it's own kitchen, spacious living room, dining room and very large
bathroom. The main villa also has a large kitchen, dining area, a very spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms and beautifully tiled floors throughout. The pool is centered between the villa and the cottage
and is surrounded by the lounging deck that has the same Terra Cotta tiles as the main house and the
cottage.

Prices quoted weekly in US dollars and subject to change at any time without notice as are any listed specials. Add 8% or 9% tax to villa rates. Minimum rental is 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays. Holiday rentals require a two week (14 night) minimum rental with the exception for Christmas week which can be rented for 7 nights in many cases. Rates are based on two persons per bedroom.
Security Deposit CC Authorization Form is required for most of the villas and will be sent to you after booking the villa. |
