Prices quoted weekly in US dollars and subject to change at any time without notice as are any listed specials. Add 8% or 9% tax to villa rates. Minimum rental is 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays. Holiday rentals require a two week (14 night) minimum rental with the exception for Christmas week which can be rented for 7 nights in many cases. Rates are based on two persons per bedroom.
Security Deposit CC Authorization Form is required for most of the villas and will be sent to you after booking the villa.
