It has four guest rooms with ensuite baths, three of which open onto a covered gallery that is adjacent to a large pool. These three bedrooms have either king beds or twin beds that can be made into kings as well as private baths. The master suite with king bed and ensuite bath is opposite the living area and opens to the surrounding deck. The living area is large and open to the ocean and the beach is just a few steps away. The kitchen is just redone in teak with stainless steel appliances. Exquisite furnishings and details abound at this villa. The grounds are lush with plants and flowers everywhere cared for by the gardener who lives on the property. Pauli Mar also has a private tennis court that was recently resurfaced. Not recommended for small children. Gardener and housekeeper with friendly dogs live on property in separate cottages away from main villa.
