St. Martin Villa Price List

Villa rates are based on two people per bedroom. If you desire to use all bedrooms in a villa you must pay the full house rate regardless of the number of people. Villa check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 12 noon. If there is no guest checking in on your departure day, you can arrange to stay a little longer. Normally the planes do not come in early enough to want an earlier check in on your arrival day but if the villa is available, we will try to accommodate you.

If a villa with several bedrooms has a few different rates, this means that the villa owner has agreed to rent the villa out as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, etc. for less rent. This does not mean that you would be sharing the villa with anyone else. The villa is yours but you only get to use the number of bedrooms that you are paying for.

Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. 25% deposit is due upon booking villa and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. 50% deposit is due on Holiday bookings.
